Student Information and Payment System for Training Institutes
SIPSTI or Student Information and Payment System for Training Institutes is a web-based online enrollment and payment system that can be accessed by laptops, desktops or even mobile phones by using web browser apps. The main functionalities and features of SIPSTI is to assist training institutes in their batch training registration and enrollment either online or on-site. Trainee-students will first create their Student Account and after which, enroll on specific batch training they prefer. Requirements can be submitted on site or online by uploading photos of documentary requirements. Meanwhile, student payments for trainings can be done by cash at the training institute’s cashier. Online bank transfer or e-wallet payments are allowed also and can be validated by cashier staff through SIPSTI’s Payment Proof Submission module in which trainees will upload a screenshot or photo of their deposit slips or digital transfer photo receipt together with the reference number and the trainee’s complete name.
Meanwhile, to ensure high level of online information security, the researcher will be implementing Secured Sockets Layer (SSL) technologies for the online web hosting, sending transaction code through e-mail for user account validation and password changes, and automated sending of One-Time Password (OTP) code through e-mail for transaction validation and authentication.
The proposed system will not only speedup the registration, enrollment and payment processes of One Attempt Fz LLC Training Institute, it will also ensure that data are inputted, processed, stored and retrieved correctly with high level of security, thus, alleviating the problems faced by the Registrar and Cashier departments while at the same time benefitting students for faster and safer enrollment, 24/7 availability of their student information and records, and better options for swift training payments.
Meanwhile, the administrators and owners of the training institute will directly benefit through SIPSTI because reports can be viewed anytime and anywhere, providing decision-makers with relevant and timely information, especially during their executive and policymaking functions. The proposed system also empowers their employees, it significantly lessens repetitive burdensome workloads, bring forth modernization to the company, hence, propelling business progress.
